To ensure we can accommodate everyone’s needs and maintain the highest quality of service, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and offer timely care to all our valued clients.
